Defense Verdict

In November 2010, Jeff Humphries and Tiffany Jones obtained a favorable jury verdict in Nassau County on a case tried on the issues of causation and damages only. Plaintiff claimed a labral tear with surgery and a hip injury. Jury only awarded $2,046 for a portion of Plaintiff’s past medical bills.
