Favorable Jury Verdict

In January 2012, Deborah Halvorsen obtained a favorable jury verdict in Duval County on a case tried on the issues of causation and damages only. Plaintiff claimed a cervical fusion and right shoulder surgery were related to a motor vehicle accident. Jury did not find a permanent injury, and awarded $2,078.36 in past bills awarded, which was reduced to $700.24 after set offs.
