Meet Brian Guter

Welcome, Brian Guter, who recently joined us and has taken off like a rock star. Brian graduated cum laude from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014 where he was honored in persuasive legal writing, cross-examination, and trial advocacy. He is admitted to practice in federal court in Florida and in the state courts in both Florida and Georgia.   Brian worked in a local plaintiffs’ trial firm for several years before joining the O’Hara Law Firm. He has proved to be extremely competent and talented, and is handling a full caseload on his own. We are pleased to have Brian Guter on our defense team.
