Ryan L. Barker is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from Warner University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, double majoring in Communication and Church Ministry. After working for a couple of years, he attended Stetson University College of Law. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2010 and upon graduation was awarded a leadership award. After passing the Florida Bar exam, he began his legal career in the transactional areas of real estate, estate planning, and immigration law. He then transitioned into the litigation realm and was an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida for over four and a half years. While a prosecutor, he tried over 25 jury trials that involved misdemeanor and felony crimes committed by adults. He then made the move back to Jacksonville and began working for the firm in 2017.
