Welcome, Jennifer Cassady

We are pleased that Jennifer Cassady has joined our firm, bringing almost 14 years of insurance defense experience. Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida (December 2000) and a law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law (December 2003). Jennifer has been an insurance defense attorney ever since, with three years of in-house defense experience with a major insurance carrier and with ten years of experience as outside counsel with insurance defense firms headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. She has tried jury and non-jury trials in circuit and county court throughout the State of Florida. Her practice experience includes bodily injury and property damage claims stemming from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability under both personal and commercial lines. She also has vast experience with pre-suit matters such as examinations under oath, settlement negotiations, global settlement initiatives, and pre-suit mediations. Welcome, Jennifer Cassady.
