On June 1, 2022, Michael Regan achieved recognition by the Florida Bar Association as a Board Certified attorney in the field of Civil Trial Law. Board Certification recognizes an attorney’s special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law as well as their professionalism and ethics in practice.
In order to earn board certification, Michael had to acquire significant jury trial experience, complete a peer review process with recommendations from judges and other trial lawyers, complete required continuing education training, and pass a written examination. This is a tremendous accomplishment as only about 3% of Florida civil trial lawyers ever earn this distinction.
